I want to live my life loving & serving SO BIG that no one could ever afford to repay me, only God could.

I want everything I do for anyone at any time to be done completely for the Lord. It’s His approval, His appreciation, His reward I seek…not that I have to, but because I want to.

So many times we do things for people, just to be unappreciated or left upset & bitter because things didn’t turn out the way we hoped. If that’s you, you did it for the wrong person & for the wrong reasons. Give it to the Lord, release those who left you feeling hurt and move forward knowing that your heart is in the right place.

You can’t control how anyone receives you, you can only control how you act and how you feel. So choose joy, choose humility, choose love and serve as unto the Lord with your whole heart.

On September 11, 2001, I was in the 7th grade in Math class. Coincidentally, my 7th grade son is in Math class at the same time I was. He has no idea his Math class is about to be interrupted with 9/11 just like mine was.

He’s about to learn about our country and what it’s supposed to stand for. He’s about to learn about the lives lost and why. He’s about to learn that our world is under attack today much like it was then.

There is a real enemy with an agenda and the truth is SO hidden. In 2001 I learned that there are very bad people in the world and they didn’t believe the same way I did. I learned that this world wasn’t what I thought it was and the crazy thing, I’m learning the same thing this year. I didn’t even know what being patriotic was until 9/11, I didn’t know why soldiers needed to fight for our freedoms.

The sad thing is our freedoms are under attack right here, right now. We are at war, but not with flesh and blood. There is coming a day, even now that the children of light will stand up and the darkness will not comprehend them and the light will overtake the darkness. They will put on faith and love as a breastplate and salvation as a helmet. Let’s Go 🙌
