A week ago I did a thing I’ve been preparing myself for since 2019. I climbed a mountain. Well….kinda. Anyway I did it, and as I climbed I didn’t just conquer physical steps, but I hurdled the only real fear I have….heights. 😬 Something I learned, the way down was more physically strenuous than the way up. 🤷♀️
