This is a command in 1 Thessalonians 5:17. This command is accomplished by maintaining a prayerful mind. Prayer is simply a conversation that never ends, a relationship with your maker. It’s not a religious act that you do before dinner or mornings or bedtime…it’s meant to be all the time. 

Here are some of my favorite scriptures on prayer and if you seek them out, you’ll see how you can pray without ceasing in the power of the Holy Ghost. 

Jude 1:20, Philippians 4:6, Romans 8:26, 1 Corinthians 14:2, 1 Corinthians 14:14-15, Ephesians 6:18 and of course Matthew 6:9-13 I like to pray this one in my own version. 

These are just some of my favorites, don’t over complicate it, just pray to your Daddy in Heaven and ask him to make Heaven happen all around you. 🙌

The other day someone wrote a review of our church, a visitor who attended briefly years ago. Their review said that our church doesn’t recognize any belief that we don’t perceive as true. That’s right, we don’t. There is only one truth and truth isn’t perceived, it’s just true. It’s written plainly and that’s the only belief we teach, why would we be open to beliefs that aren’t true? 🤷‍♀️
