Obviously I go to the coolest church on the planet. Our youth group held a series that we called the Evaluated Series, focusing on teaching teens how to appropriately evaluate situations in their lives. We opened this up to the community and even had adults attend and benefit from the teaching.
A few of the things we focused on:
- What to do if you get a flat tire
- How to check/change your oil
- Check & change other important fluids/filters in your vehicle
- Change windshield wipers
- Planning for your future (career, budget, banking, etc.)
We actually raised our garage doors and pulled cars into our church sanctuary to do this teaching….like I said, coolest church ever!
